My name is Gerard Dass and I am currently based in Omaha, Nebraska. I work for a financial services company called NBS. I’m an integration lead, we build interfaces between our major products. Being originally from Australia I moved to the U.S for work. It’s been a big change, culturally, from Australia to the US. I was looking for a program that would help me get more into the digital field. That’s what pretty much got me into this program. I think the distinct advantage is getting various opinions towards a particular topic which you will never get in a local selling. I think everything I’m learning at the Digital Skills is fully applicable to my current field, the way we are moving and the trends that is happening in the market. I think everything I’m learning here is fully applicable. I’m getting all the skills I need to help me succeed in Digital Media and the Digital field.
